I helped the founder, Sarah Scarborough, create a digital marketing & content strategy to reach more people and share her wonderful offers.

Challenges.

  • The founder Sarah was already successfully launching her retreats, but she needed a stronger strategy on how to grow her visibility, establish authority, and have better systems in place to drive more sales.

  • A clear guideline on how to manage all marketing activities was missing.

 

Achievements.

  • Created a 40-page marketing strategy document highlighting the company’s mission & vision, marketing objectives and funnels, competitor & SWOT analysis, positioning strategy, target group analysis, and brand voice.

  • Prepared a content strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram including content foundations, strategies for growth, and KPIs to monitor.
