Digital Marketing Coordination.

 

GenesisCare provides innovative treatments for people with cancer, heart disease, and sleep disorders in more than 130 centers across Australia, the U.K., and Spain. My role consists in implementing the digital marketing strategy by creating online communication to increase brand awareness and sales.

Challenges.

  1. The medical language is technical & complicated —> my task was to “translate” and create easy-to-understand and engaging communication for clients online.

  2. I coordinated a variety of stakeholders including relationships with different medical departments, as well as working with graphic designers, video producers, and web agencies.

  3. I worked in a small team - including my manager and me - and the priority list and pressure for digital marketing growth were high.

 

Achievements.

  • Monthly average of 1000 new followers on LinkedIn and 50 new followers on FB

  • Steady monthly increase of new website users by 12%.

  • The paid search generated around 25% CTR (Click-Through-Rate) $0.67 CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and a 50% increase in website traffic.

  • I create new landing pages for education purposes.

  • I attended the Cardiology Symposium in Brisbane and documented the whole event on social media channels.

  • I taught yoga to a group of 15 colleagues across the business to enhance well-being and relaxation.
