Digital Marketing Strategy.

 

Detours Zürich offers social impact walking tours for conscious travelers and curious locals - as a tool to raise awareness about societal issues, support local initiatives, and be a catalyst for change.

As the company was recently launched, my role was to prepare a digital marketing strategy, setting a clear foundation and key opportunities for growth.

Challenges.

  • The company was newly founded, it needed support to establish its online presence. The goal was to provide guidance on how to grow its visibility, enhance engagement on social media, in order to drive leads to the website and drive sales.

  • A clear guideline on how to manage all marketing activities was missing.

 

Achievements.

  • Created a 30-page marketing strategy document clearly highlighting the company’s mission & vision, marketing objectives and funnels, competitor & SWOT analysis, positioning strategy, target group analysis, brand voice, communications channels, strategies for growth, and KPIs to monitor.

  • Prepared the initial digital marketing infrastructure, including Canva templates for social media, hashtag research, moodboard, visuals, contact templates, and partner database.
